About This Tour
The Color Canyon (Coloured Canyon) is one of Sinai's most visually arresting natural wonders — a narrow gorge of sculpted sandstone whose walls are streaked with shades of red, orange, yellow, white, and purple. Formed over millions of years by wind and water erosion, the canyon corridors are so narrow in places you have to squeeze sideways to pass through.
The journey there is half the adventure: a 4x4 Jeep carries you off-road through open desert, past Bedouin settlements and wind-carved rock formations, before arriving at the canyon for a guided walk through its painted walls.
