Please read these carefully before confirming your booking

All bookings are made via WhatsApp or our contact form. A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation message from Grande Tours Sharm Elsheikh. Payment is due on the day of the tour directly to your guide unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) per person unless otherwise stated. Prices include all items listed in the 'What's Included' section of each tour. Grande Tours reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings are honored at the agreed price.
• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the tour: 50% of the tour price may be charged.
• No-show without prior notice: Full tour price charged.
• Cancellation by Grande Tours (e.g. bad weather, park closure): Full refund or alternative date offered.
• Petra and Cairo tours: 48-hour cancellation notice required due to ferry/flight ticketing.
All guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking. Grande Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest whose health or fitness may be at risk on a specific activity. Life jackets are mandatory on all sea tours. Helmets are mandatory on all quad biking tours.
Grande Tours Sharm Elsheikh is fully licensed by the Egyptian Tourism Authority. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety. However, Grande Tours is not liable for injuries, losses, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including weather, park closures, or guest negligence.
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability before traveling. Grande Tours does not provide personal travel insurance.
Grande Tours may take photographs during tours for marketing purposes. Please inform your guide if you do not wish to be photographed.
We ask all guests to respect the natural environment. In Ras Mohammed National Park and Tiran Island, touching or collecting coral is strictly prohibited. Please use reef-safe sunscreen on all water tours. Do not feed or chase marine life.
Any concerns or complaints should be raised directly with Grande Tours via WhatsApp (+20 11 55387250) at the earliest opportunity. We will always work to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Grande Tours Sharm Elsheikh is registered and operates in accordance with Egyptian Tourism Authority regulations.
